The villa is built on a triple “lot” with four of the five bedrooms facing the Caribbean Sea. The large area allows all rooms to be very spacious and have incredible views of the sea.

The villa has five bedrooms, each with an invisible climate system and a double bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with sink, rain shower, and toilet. The kitchen is by the high-end brand Bulthaup and is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, wine cooler, induction cooktop, and double oven.

Villa Kas playa features a private gym with Life Fitness equipment, including treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer, dumbbells and a strength-training station.

The villa is located directly opposite the VIP Diving School, and within a five-minute walk are Sebastian’s Restaurant and Joe’s Restaurant.

One of the best located beachvilla’s on Airbnb Bonaire. The center of Kralendijk, the restaurants and entertainment venues are within walking distance. The villa is located on the west side of the island and looks out onto the island “Klein Bonaire” which provides the ideal environment for snorkeling and diving.

For more than 10 years I have been coming to the beautiful island of Bonaire. All this time I wanted to buy a villa but none of the villas offered met my needs. I only wanted to go for the best and as an avid diver it had to be a villa by the sea. In all this time I have rented many villas. With all these villas I noticed that it is very difficult to access the sea. Steep stairs, strong currents, sharp corals in front and sometimes even high waves that made it dangerous to enter and exit the sea. I found that a very big disadvantage which I did not want to have at my own villa.
